Use of City Snow Storage Facility for the Coming Winter

If you plan on using the City Snow Storage Facility off of Wallace avenue this coming winter, please following these requirements:

• There will be a registration fee of $300 for each company hauling to the snow storage facility, as well as a $100 per truck fee for each truck that is registered to haul snow. 

The fees are due to the City of Fredericton incurring considerable costs to modify the snow storage facility so it will be acceptable to adjacent property owners and to the environment regulators.  Additional on-going expenditures will be required.

• A specific dumping area will be designated for private haulers and each hauler will be responsible for pushing back their own snow.

You must register to use the snow storage facility by coming to the Engineering & Public Works Dispatch counter located on the Ground Floor at City Hall.
